Description

As part of the on-going expansion of our key account teams we are currently recruiting a Technical Account Manager. The objective of the Technical Account Manager role is to provide a consistent primary technical contact within the company who will work with our customer to understand their ongoing technical and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews, evangelize new product features, and ensure prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
• Guarantee the technical aspects of all customer projects (both new and ongoing) by providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance
• Undertake detailed account planning with Key Account Manager
• Act as Customer champion by maintaining a comprehensive overview of all existing / new projects and escalation point for any issues
• Explore and drive new business opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 to 7yrs + experience providing mission critical software solutions to the telecommunications industry
• Excellent understanding of both web architecture and network operator technologies together with the latest trends in mobile 2.0
• Proven track record in the delivery of complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communications skills and ability to present to CXX level in key accounts
